About these terms

These terms apply when you rent equipment from OxyPrime Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. ("OxyPrime"). By taking delivery of a device from us, you accept them. If anything here does not match what you were told, tell us before the equipment is installed and we will put it right in writing.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Medical disclaimer

OxyPrime supplies equipment. We do not practise medicine and we do not give medical advice.

• Which device you need, its settings and how long you use it are decided by your treating doctor.
• Our technicians configure devices to the parameters your doctor specifies and verify the device runs correctly — they do not choose or change those parameters.
• Never alter ventilator, BiPAP or oxygen flow settings on your own.
• In an emergency, call your doctor or emergency services first — not us.

Rental rates and quotes

We do not publish fixed rates on this website. Every rate is quoted per enquiry over WhatsApp or phone, because it depends on the device, the duration and what accessories are included.

• The quote we give you is valid for the duration and device stated in it.
• A refundable security deposit may apply, and is confirmed in your quote before delivery.
• Consumables — cannulas, masks, circuits, suction catheters, electrodes — are charged separately unless the quote says otherwise.
• Rates for a renewal may differ from the original rental and will be confirmed before the renewal starts.

Delivery, installation and training

• We deliver sanitized equipment and install it free of charge across Gurgaon & Delhi NCR.
• Our technician demonstrates the device and trains your attendant before leaving. Please ensure the person who will actually operate it is present.
• You are responsible for providing a suitable, safe location with adequate power supply.
• If we cannot deliver or install because access was not available at the agreed time, a repeat visit may be charged.

Your responsibilities during the rental

The equipment remains the property of OxyPrime throughout. While it is with you, please:

• Use it only for the patient and purpose it was supplied for, and only as trained.
• Keep it clean, dry and protected from damage, tampering and pests.
• Do not open, modify, repair or attempt to service the device yourself.
• Do not sell, sub-let, pledge or move the equipment to another address without telling us.
• Allow our technicians reasonable access for scheduled servicing and safety checks.
• Tell us immediately if the device malfunctions, alarms persistently or is damaged.

What we are responsible for

• Supplying working, sanitized, tested equipment.
• Free installation and attendant training.
• Servicing the device for the whole rental period at no extra cost.
• Replacing rather than repairing a faulty unit wherever possible, so your therapy is not interrupted.
• Running a 24×7 support line for equipment problems.

Damage, loss and theft

Normal wear and tear is expected and is not charged to you. However, you are responsible for loss, theft or damage beyond normal use while the equipment is in your care, including damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, liquid ingress, power surges where no protection was used, fire or pests.

In such cases we will charge the reasonable cost of repair, or the replacement value of the device if it cannot be repaired. This may be adjusted against your security deposit.

Ending the rental and returning equipment

• Tell us when you want to end the rental so we can schedule collection — the rental runs until we collect the equipment.
• Please return all accessories supplied with the device. Missing accessories are chargeable.
• We may end a rental early if payment is not made, if the equipment is being misused, or if continuing would be unsafe.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for supplying equipment that works and for servicing it properly. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, for decisions made by your doctor, or for loss caused by the equipment being used contrary to the training and instructions given.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any rental is limited to the amount you paid us for that rental. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
