OxyPrime Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. ("OxyPrime", "we", "us") rents home healthcare and medical equipment across Gurgaon & Delhi NCR. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, rent equipment or use this website, and what we do with it.

Information we collect
We only collect what we need in order to deliver, install and service the equipment you rent.
- Contact details — your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Delivery details — the address where the equipment is to be installed, and access instructions if you give them.
- Enquiry content — the messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email, by phone or through the contact form on this site.
- Rental records — which device you rented, the dates, the agreed rate, deposit and payment status.
- Website usage — basic technical data such as pages visited and approximate location, used to understand which pages are useful.
Health information
Some enquiries involve health information — for example, when you tell us the flow rate your doctor prescribed, or share a prescription so we can supply the right device. We treat this as sensitive personal data.
- We use it only to supply and configure the correct equipment for the patient.
- We do not use health information for marketing, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- Access is limited to the staff and technicians handling your rental.
- You are never required to share a diagnosis with us — only the device specification your doctor has advised.
We do not provide medical advice. Any clinical decision — which device, what settings, for how long — is made by your treating doctor.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and quote a rental rate.
- To deliver, install, service and collect the equipment.
- To contact you about an ongoing rental — servicing visits, renewals and returns.
- To raise invoices, collect payment and refund deposits.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have only made a service enquiry unless they ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep rental and billing records for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a rental are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and are then deleted.

- Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it.
